Mangan, 27 March (IPR) : On the final day of filing nominations for General Elections 2024, Mr Hem Kumar Chettri, District Election Officer (DEO) received nomination papers from 5 candidates at the District Administrative Center (DAC), for 29-Kabi-Lungchok(BL) and 31-Lachen-Mangan(BL). Meanwhile RO- Mr Arun Chettri received nomination papers from two candidates for 30- Djongu (BL). The names of the candidates who have filed their nominations today are as follows:

2) Ugen Nedup Bhutia, Bharatiya Janata Party

30-Djongu

2) Songmit Lepcha, Citizen Action Party
The scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on 28th March, 2024 (Thursday). The date for withdrawal (if any) is 30th March, 2024 (Friday).
