Sikkim Compensation to Victims or his Dependents
Compensation to rape victims: Rs. 1 lakh

Compensation to victims suffering physical disfigurement due to attacks by acid or other weapons: Rs. 3 lakh
Compensation to children victims of sexual offences: Rs. 1 lakh
Compensation to women and child victims of human trafficking: Rs. 50,000
Ex-gratia for loss of life: Rs. 2 lakhs
Loss of body functions resulting in handicap: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1 lakh
Cash awards for getting into Union services

A sum of Rs. 2 lakhs would be awarded by the State government to Sikkimese youths who get into All India Services. The cash award for selection in other Union services, armed forces, banking, railway, postal services and others is Rs. 1 lakh.
Stipends to Transgender children

The State government to provide monthly stipends of Rs. 2000 to newly born transgender babies in Sikkim. The State government will also sponsor the education of such children.
Contract works to cooperative societies

Contract works up to Rs. 3 crores would be allotted only to registered cooperative societies in their respective areas under the Cooperative Mission.
Free SNT transportation for PLHAs

People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHAs) can travel free of charge in SNT buses except in AC Deluxe and Super Deluxe categories. The PLHAs can travel free up to a maximum of two trips a month throughout Sikkim and up to Siliguri.
Advance grant to BPL patients

BPL patients referred for medical treatment outside Sikkim would be provided with a one-time advance grant of Rs. 2 lakhs.
Free coaching for UPSC, allied services

State government is sponsoring coaching classes for UPSC candidates of Sikkim in best coaching centers of the country at New Delhi, Hyderabad and Tamil Nadu. The State government is also providing accommodation and food expenses besides giving a one-time grant of Rs. 10,000 to each candidate as travelling costs.
Pension for folk artistes of Sikkim

The State government would be soon presenting pensions to folk singers, dancers and musicians of Sikkim.
Pension for unmarried women to be increased

The present monthly pension of Rs. 1,000 to unmarried Sikkimese woman of 45 years and above would be enhanced.
Ex-gratia of families of drivers

The State government provides ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakhs to the next of kin of those drivers who die in accidents in Sikkim. The ex-gratia is for all drivers whether he is from Sikkim or other States.
