Itanagar, May 14(IPR): Still Waters, the famous Rock Music Band from Sikkim led by Sonam Lachungpa and Abhishek Gurung performed during the closing ceremony of the 18 CPA Zone III conference held at Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh on 13th May.
The programme had the presence of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh along with Speakers and Deputy Speakers of all the North Eastern States, including Sikkim.
Deputy Speaker, Sikkim Legislative Assembly, Shri Sangay Lepcha represented Sikkim in the Conference held from 11th to 13th May 2022 in Itanagar.
