Namchi, 22 May : Training on Special Intensive Revision (SIR) was conducted at the meeting hall of Block Administrative Centre,Temi, in the presence of AERO cum BDO Temi, along with all BLOs of 14 Temi Namphing and Political representatives of various parties and Block-level Assistant
The welcome address and briefing of SIR was made by AERO Temi. ERO made a remarkable note on conduction of training to BLOs as per the direction made by the Office of the CEO, as well as from the Office of DEO cum District Magistrate,Namchi.
During the course of training through Power Presentation mode, all the BLOs and BLAs were made aware of the reason behind the need of SIR, key features of SIR, Scheduled of SIR, the process of SIR, Enumeration phase, Rationalization of Polling Stations, if needed if no. voters of that particular area cross more than 1200,how the draft roll will be prepared, after the draft roll publication, the draft roll will be pasted in the AERO office for claims and objections, thereafter, notice will be served to all unmapped voters from the BLO apps by BLO, thereafter, the final draft roll publication will take place.
It was reminded that in case the genuine voters are missed out, the voters can apply by filling form 6 with relevant documents for inclusion. ERO emphasized to all BLO and BLAs to check that no VVIPs are left out in any part and for the convenient of old aged voters and Divyanjan, a proper assistant to be made by the BLOs while filling up the Enumeration form.
ERO requested all BLOs and BLAs to work in close coordination with the Honble Panchayats and also requested to response all BOOK A CALL within 48 hours.
Detail status report of mapped and unmapped voters, along with anomalies, was also presented to the BLOs for reference.
