Farewell cum Felicitations Ceremony, Motor Vehicle Division , Gyalshing

A formal Farewell cum felicitations ceremony was organised today by the MVD, Gyalshing, for honouring the retirement of Shri Ugen Tshering Bhutia (OS), Shri Khem Raj Gurung (ARTO Promoted & transferred) & Shri Hemant Tiwari ( Accountant Transferred).
The event commenced with a welcome speech given by Shri Mahindra Subedi ( HA), acknowledging the officer’s dedication and contribution to the public, such as streamlining digital transactions and ensuring safer roads. Speeches highlighted the honoree’s distinguished career, specifically noting their commitment to vehicular discipline, license management, and smooth public service delivery. The honoree was also felicitated with traditional scarves (khadas) by all staff members, tokens of appreciation presented by Shri Ram Hang Subba (Senior RTO). The ceremony was attended by Dy. RTO, ARTO, MVIs, AMVIs, & all staff members. The ceremony started with light refreshments with all staff members, followed by Lunch & concluded with a vote of thanks from a staff member.
