Union Minister Jyotiraditya M Scindia Arrives in Namchi on Three-Day Official Visit to Sikkim
Namchi, May 14 (IPR): Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Mr Jyotiraditya M Scindia, who is on a three-day official visit to Sikkim, arrived at Temi Bungalow in Namchi District today.
Upon his arrival, the Union Minister was warmly received by District Collector Namchi, Ms Anupa Tamling, and Superintendent of Police Namchi, Ms Sonam Doma Bhutia. Also present on the occasion were Chief Engineer Mr Pratap Gautam, officials from the Tourism and Civil Aviation Department and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.
As part of his scheduled engagements on May 15, the Union Minister will visit several key locations across Namchi District, including Temi Tea Garden, Sikkim State University at Temi Tarku, IHCAE Chemchey, Bhaichung Stadium, and the Bhaley Dhunga Skywalk project.
Following the district visit, the Union Minister will proceed to Gangtok for further official engagements.
