Gangtok, 15 Aug (IPR): Hon’ble Governor Shri Ganga Prasad felicitated the Secretary of Information and Public Relations Department, Ms. Namrata Thapa, and her team from IPR for their contribution in bringing out the Coffee Table Book on the 6th Chief Minister of Sikkim and Special Issue of Sikkim Today Bi-Monthly Magazine of the State Government on the Visions and Aspirations of the new government at the High Tea at Ashirwad Bhawan, Raj Bhawan.
