Pakyong, September 2 (IPR): The District Administration Centre (DAC), Pakyong, organised a felicitation ceremony to honour Mr Tshering Topden Bhutia and Mr Lazong Bhutia for their exemplary service and dedication towards the successful implementation of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2025. The felicitation was presented by the District Collector, Pakyong, Mr Rohan Agawane, at the DAC premises.
Both volunteers played a significant role in disseminating the message of the Tiranga among citizens across the district. Their contributions included creating awareness about the importance of the National Flag, extending assistance in its dignified and respectful hoisting, and guiding individuals in uploading their Tiranga selfies on the official campaign portal.
Their efforts and community outreach greatly enhanced citizen participation and contributed towards the effective execution of this nationwide patriotic initiative, ensuring its visibility and success at the grassroots level.
The ceremony was attended by SDM (HQ) Mr Thendup Lepcha, District Planning Officer (DPO) Pakyong Mr TR Chettri, Accounts Officer (AO) Pakyong Mr DB Bhujel, along with other officials of the District Administrative Centre.
