TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed parties, having experience of at least three years in catering in  a minimum 2 star hotel facility (certified by the State Tourism Department), for undertaking catering services for 10 rooms each in State Guest House (Bhanu Path) and Circuit House (VIP Colony), Gangtok. Prescribed tender forms along with terms and conditions can be obtained from Deputy Secretary (Protocol), Home Department, Tashiling, Gangtok on any working day between 10 A.M. to 4P.M. upto 15^th June, 2009 on payment of Rs. 100/- through  Bank Receipt under the head 0770-OAS-60-other receipts-800-other receipts-03-other receipts. The tenders, along with TDR of Rs.10,000/- as earnest money, drawn in favour of Addl. Director (Accounts), Home Department should be submitted by 2 P.M. on 30^th June,2009 to undersigned which shall be opened same day in presence of tenderers who may wish to be present.
