The Governor is pleased to order the following transfer and posting  with immediate effect :

 

1. Shri L P Pandey, SCS, Project Director, SRDA, RMDD is hereby transferred and posted as Additional District Collector, East under Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department.

2. smt Yasoda Bhandari,SCS, Additional District Collector, East under Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department is hereby posted as Additional Secretary Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department.

3. Shri.L P Chettri, SCS, DDO (South) Namchi, RMDD is hereby transferred and posted as Project Director, SRDA, RMDD

4. Ms. Sherab Shenga, SCS, Registrar (on deputation) , Sikkim Manipal University is hereby repatriated and posted as Joint Secretary, Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department.

5. The Services of Shri B R Subba, Joint Secretary, Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department is hereby placed at the disposal of Sikkim Manipal University, Tadong for appointment as Registrar on deputation.

6. Shri Deepak Kumar Pradhan, SCS, Joint Secretary, Home Department is hereby transferred and posted as District Development Officer (South), Namchi under RMDD.

7. Smt Rinchen Doma Bhutia, SCS, Under Secretary, Cultural Affairs and Heritage Department is hereby transferred and posted as Under Secretary, HRDD (Directorate of School Education)

8. Ms Koshi Kapil, SCS, Under Secretary, Social Justice , Empowerment and Welfare Department is hereby transferred and posted as Under Secretary,RMDD.

9. Smt Sharmistha Rai, SCS, Under Secretary, Forest, Environment & Wildlife Department is hereby transferred and posted as Under Secretary, RMDD.

10. Ms Lhaki Doma Bhutia, SCS, Under Secretary, Home Department is hereby transferred and posted as BDO, BAC Sumbuk.

11. Ms Anupa Tamling, SCS, Under Secretary, Department of Personnel, AR & Trg is hereby transferred and posted as Under Secretary, RMDD

12. Shri Umesh Sunam, SCS, BDO, BAC Sumbuk is hereby transferred and posted as Under Secretary, Home Department.

13. Ms Mamta Mukhia, Private Secretary to Minister for UD & HD who had been transferred and posted as Under Secretary, STNM Hospital under Health Care, Human Services and Family Welfare Department vide Office Order No.310/G/DOP dated 19.7.2010, is now transferred and posted as Under Secretary HRDD (Pension and Grievances)
