The governor is pleased to promote the following Accounts Officer as Senior Accounts Officer, in the pay of Pay Band -3 Rs. 15600-39100 and Grade Pay of Rs. 6200/- in the Senior Grade of Sikkim State Finance and Accounts Service in an officiating capacity with immediate effect:-

1.                  Smt. Kanta Thapa,

2.                  Shri Palden Dorjee Tamang,

3.                  Smt. Diki Phalongtharpa,

4.                  Shri D. P. Sharma

The above officiating promotion shall be subject to the following conditions:-

1.                  The officiating promotion shall not confer any right for regular promotion and shall not be counted towards seniority.

2.                  Their regular promotion shall be made on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission.
