The Governor is pleased to promote the following members of the Sikkim State Agriculture Service as Deputy Director, in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 in an officiating capacity with immediate effect:-

1.Shri Kamal Giri , Horticulture Dev. Officer, BAC Timi Tarku.

2.Shri Harish Moktan, Agriculture Dev. Officer, BAC, Rhenock. 

Their promotion on officiating capacity shall be subject to the following conditions:

1.The officiating promotion shall not confer any right for regular promotion and shall not be counted for seniority.

2.Their regular promotion shall be made on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission.
