TENDER NOTICE
 

Sealed quotations are invited from the sale of scrap materials, scrap Batteries 12V-25P, 12V-17P & 12V-9P and Burnt mobil oil pilled up at Central Stores, S.N.T., Jalipool.
The Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of the Jt. General Manager-(M/S), Central Stores, S.N.T. Jalipool during the office hours from 18.02.2008 to 23.02.2008 on payment of Rs. 500.00 (Rs. five hundred) only for the cost of Tender form. The sealed quotation should be accompanied by T.D.R. of Rs. 5,000.00 (Rs. five thousand) only (refundable) drawn in the State Bank of Sikkim in favour of the Jt. General Manger-(M/S), Central Stores, S.N.T., Jalipool as security deposit.
The T.D.R. in original along with the quotation should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 04.03.2008 upto 1300 hours. The quotations will be opened on the same day. If in case the rates offered for above materials are not acceptable open auction will be called on the same day at 1400 hours. The highest bidder will have to deposit the full amount within a week from the date of an allotment order. Failing which, their T.D.R. will be forfeited.
The committee reserve right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason, thereof.
