AUCTION NOTICE

 

Sealed tenders are invited from individuals/firms for auction of the following particulars on “as is where is basis” :

Interested individuals/firms may obtain the tender  form from SITCO office, Deorali on any working day between 11.00am to 1.00pm against submission of a non-refundable demand draft of Rs. 5,000.00 towards tender form fee. Thereafter the prospective bidder shall be eligible to inspect the above items located in the premises of  Sikkim Time Corporation Ltd., Deorali, Gangtok during any working day between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm. Details of the aforementioned items can  be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

 

The complete tender form, accompanied with Earnest Money in the form of a refundable TDR of Rs.50,000.00 should reach the office of the undersigned in a sealed cover on or before 15th Sept, 12.00 noon, which will be opened on the same day at 2.00pm in the presence of the bidders

 

The tender committee reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids made, without assigning any reasons thereof.
