AUCTION NOTICE

 

Sealed tenders are invited from individuals/firms for auction of the following particulars on “as is where is basis”:

Interested individuals/firms may obtain the tender form from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 11.00 to 3.00pm against submission of a non-refundable DD of Rs. 5,000.00 in favour of Sikkim Precision Industries Limited towards tender form fee. Thereafter the prospective bidder shall be eligible to inspect the above items located in the premises of Sikkim Precision Industries Limited, Lower Boomtar, Namchi, South Sikkim during any working day between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm with the permission of the Managing Director, SPIL.

 

The complete tender form, accompanied with Earnest Money in the form of a refundable TDR of Rs.50,000.00 should reach the office of the undersigned in a sealed cover on or before 10.10.2011, which will be opened on 12.10.1011 at the office of the Special Secretary, Department of Commerce & Industries, Government of Sikkim, Gangtok at 1:00PM.
