In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Order, 2000 and sub-clause (1) of the clause 3 of the Naptha (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Order, 2000, the State Government hereby authorizes the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to issue license for acquiring, storing and selling of solvents, raffinates, slops of their equivalent and other product and for acquiring, storing and selling of naptha and to exercise the powers and perform the functions under the orders with immediate effect.
