Scope of the Report

This report aims at articulating, in the first instance, the goals that Sikkim should aim at achieving during the medium term. Subsequently, the report spells out, in some detail, the economic strategy, the contours of the supporting fiscal policy framework, and indicates the future roles to be played by the public and the private sectors, and the community in the fulfillment of the goals.
