SIKITEX 2011- an Annual IT exhibition and Conference organized by the Department of Information Technology, GoS is scheduled to be held on 28^th and 29^th September 2011 at Chintan Bhawan, Gangtok-Sikkim. The Department proposes to outsource the event.

Interested agencies/companies/organizations should fulfill the following criteria:

1.   Should have an experience of organizing atleast 10 exhibitions of which atleast 2 (two) should be ICT based exhibitions.

2.   Should have a minimum turnover of 50 lakhs in last financial year (CA certificate required to prove the claim).

3.   Experience of working with the Sikkim Government/ PSUs

On the basis of their past experience and criteria, as specified above the organization would be shortlisted and invited for submission of EoI/ Quotations. The quotations should be accompanied with a Earnest Money Deposit drawn at the State Bank Of Sikkim in favour of the Principal Director, Department of Information Technology, Government of Sikkim, Annexe I, Top Floor, Gangtok for RS 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only (Refundable).

Last date for submission of EOI/ Quotation is 27 June, 2011 and should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 1:30pm, 27.06.2011
